The First Three Grades Section/National

The first three grades are the building block in building the student's personality intellectually, psychologically, valuably and nationally, and establishing basic educational experiences by promoting self-learning and scientific research tools in line with the needs of the modern era.

Curricula

The department adopts the curricula of the Ministry of Education with regard to Arabic, science, mathematics and Islamic education, in addition to the enrichment programs that achieve the school's ambitions and expectations in terms of student achievement, educational and value performance.


English Curriculum

The schools adopted a Global Stage curriculum from McMillan, distinguished by the power of its outputs.Paying attention to the student's proper language through the teacher by speaking in English only and by having competent teachers with quality, distinguished, trained and experience.


Math & science

Additional curricula includes science and mathematics curricula in English with a weekly class.


The French Language

Based on the keenness of schools to promote the education of other languages since childhood, French language education has been adopted by a weekly class.


Al-Hudhud Curriculum (Arabic Language)

Al-Hudhud curriculum is used to enrich the Arabic language curriculum and to enhance the skills of conversation and listening. It increases the language outcome of the student’s with a computerized and meaningful curriculum.


Computer

Technology is considered the strategic path that schools seek through multi-technology education or by teaching computer to first-grade in English language through the curriculum.
 

Activities and Events

  • interested in the morning assembly program within the criteria and plan for different events (religious, national, international).
  • Time for fruit in the morning.
  • Emphasizing students' commitment to healthy meals and diversification.
  • Providing all the necessary educational facilities to enhance practical, skills and scientific experiences such as: computer laboratories, science laboratories, library, studio, learning resource room (educational means facilitated for education), sports hall, swimming pool.
  • Taking care of the entertainment aspect through a distinctive outdoor playing field.
  • Having a floor supervisor in the department, to ensure the security and safety of children in the department.
  • Continuous follow-up of the section through cameras distributed in corridors and yards.
  • Having the children in the waiting room an hour after school with their homeroom teacher, allowing time to follow the students academically and behaviorally.
  • The independence of the primary section in a floor assigned to them without mixing them with other sections.
  • The establishment of the Golden Atraja Club for the Holy Quran.
  • Academic activities and competitions that support the curriculum and enrich the student's outcome.
  • Establish educational, cultural and national activities that develop the student's knowledge and skills.
  • Participating in cultural competitions at the schools level.
  • Field trips and scientific visits related to the school curriculum.
  • Holding a (spelling bee) competition to motivate students to memorise as many vocabulary as possible, which will increase students' language outcomes.
  • Schools adopt the latest electronic technologies in education such as V.R. and WizeFloor.
     

School day

  • The school day starts at 7:30 A.m. to 1 p.m.
  • The day begins with the morning assembly , followed by a daily morning routine circles to memorize the Holy Quran.
  • • The school day includes seven classes a day, interspersed with a fruit break after the first class and a breakfast break after the third session.

The section is characterized by the following academic, administrative and educational aspects

First: Academically

  •  The presence of qualified, trained and highly experienced academic staff.
  • Training for educational staff to activate the process of self-learning and develop different thinking skills.
  • The presence of a specialized supervisor for the stage directs the teachers and oversees the achievement of the desired outcomes.
  • Ensuring that all the desired outputs are achieved with regard to the skills of Arabic and English language from conversation, writing, reading and listening toclear standards that are constantly measured.
  • Applying the latest educational strategies that will train students to make decisions and enable them to have scientific research, problem solving and critical thinking.
  • Applying scientific experiments in a scientific laboratory equipped with the latest tools and means.
  • Paying attention to low-achieving students to increase their performance by following up at the end of the working hours, communicating with parents and cooperating with them to achieve the necessary enriching worksheets and recommended programs.
  • Participate in the reading challenge to motivate students to read.
  • Continuous follow-up and facilitated communication with parents by teachers and management.
  • Adopting Microsoft teams to communicate with parents, send educational videos, hold live classes, and provide the necessary assessments, tests and duties.
  • Recitation teacher to memorize the Qur'an and emphasize a deep understanding of the verses through the program of the qur'an thought and practice.
  • We aim to have a generation of Qur'an keepers through the Golden Atraja project.
  • Adopting an English-language computer platform for the first three grades.

Second: Communication policy

  • The introductory meeting with the administrative at the beginning of the year.
  • Meeting with parents once every semester .
  • Welcoming Parents on Monday of each week.
  • Sending a weekly plan every Thursday to find out what material will be covered the following week to enhance parents' participation with the school.
  • Connecting with teachers on the Microsoft teams education platform.
